Tips for the Use of Rotary Cylinders

  • To Avoid Cylinder Sticking
  • To Avoid Oil Leakage

① Install a fixed bracket

① After connecting the oil pipe, the rotary cylinder must be vertically downward and not tilted or angled. Use a fixed bracket to secure it.

② Keep the runout of the rotary cylinder adaptor within 0.01mm.

② Do not connect the oil return pipe to a thin tube or hose. Use one with iron wire inside to prevent deformation.

③ After installing the rotary cylinder, keep the runout of the cylinder body within 0.02mm.

③ The oil pipe cannot accumulate oil, and no back pressure can be generated

④ Clean the inside of the oil pipe and the bottom of the hydraulic station before installation.

Install a filter on the oil inlet line to prevent dirt from entering the cylinder

④ The oil return pipe must be above the oil  in the hydraulic station.

⑤ Before testing the machine, do not start the rotary cylinder directly. Use the switch to test whether the chuck is working ( clamp and loosen). Run the spindle at an appropriate low speed first and check whether all are normal. Then slowly adjust it to the required speed.
